By booking private or group training sessions with Better Ballerz Academy you agree to the stated cancellation and refund policy. All cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are subject to the timeframes and fees outlined in the policy.
Better Ballerz Academy reserves the right to deny refunds or rescheduling requests that do not comply with the policy. No-shows or cancellations made after the allowed timeframe are non-refundable.
Participation in training sessions constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
Refund Policy
All participants in private or group training sessions with Better Ballerz Academy agree to our cancellation and refund policy. For trainings cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $30 fee, and no-shows are non-refundable. If a session is canceled by the trainer, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
